Satu Mare County Intercommunity Development Association is partner in the COMMINGRATION project
Satu Mare County Intercommunity Development Association is partner in the project Commingration – Development of a comprehensive approach for employees working with immigrants and an effective communication strategy. The project is funded by the European Commission through the Erasmus + cooperation program for innovation and exchange of best practices. The implementation period of the project is two years, starting with December 31, 2020, and the total budget of the project is 211,774 Euros.
Commingration is a strategic partnership for education and training and the main goal is to develop effective communication with immigrants by developing and providing training programs and results for employees working in the field of immigration. There are six partners involved in the Commingration project from different European countries (Finland, Italy, Romania and Turkey), namely: Antalya Provincial Migration Management Directorate (Project Leader), Center for European Union and Foreign Affairs in Antalya (CEUPA), Akdeniz University, Sapienza University of Rome, Satu Mare County Intercommunity Development Association, Learning for integration ry.
The main activities of the project are: conducting an analysis on the learning needs of employees working with immigrants, organizing trainings, pilot training courses and dissemination seminars, developing e-learning modules and a curriculum for higher education, developing a regional strategy for communicating with immigrants.
