Management and Communication

The project management will be ensured by the three partners through their own staff.

Anticipated results: 3 project team meetings, 2 interim reports and a final report.

Communication activities include:

– Development and transmission of at least 2 press releases/partner;

– Organization of at least 2 communication activities/partner;

– Production of 2 project roll-ups by each partner;

– Publication of at least 1 article in the press;

– Extension of the lead partner’s website with a section dedicated to the project.
